Supply from an MVSG through transformer station in the Electrical Room in Basement 1. The Transformer including 2500 KVA and 1600KVA. Use a generator with capacity 840KVa, supply for all priority electrical loads for the project.
Air Conditioning And Ventilation System
The system uses 2 air-cooled chillers at the technical area of the ground floor. The fresh air will be supplied for the conditioner areas via PAU before supply for fan coil unit.
Ventilation is applied for kitchen, toilet, factory and function areas..
Water supply for all of the areas is the Industrial Zone’s clean water. The clean water was supplied from the water supply company. The clean water was supplied from master water meter DN100 the supply to the water tank with 80m3 and firefighting water tanks with 265m3.
The wastewater of the building will be discharged in two separate pipes:
One pipe is used to drain domestic wastewater of sanitary equipment such as lavabo, floor trap ...

Fire Fighting And Prevention
Fire fighting pump will protect from ground floor to roof floor and supplied by 1 pump unit at the technical area.
Fire fighting system includes 2 main electric pumps, 1 prime pump, 1 stand by the pump, 1 jockey pump to maintain the pressure for the pipe. All of the fire fighting pumps are an electric pump.
The new Jakob factory Saigon situated in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial zone II (VSIP II), including 2 main buildings, utility building and the bike shelter together with landscaping area.
Total GFA of all four buildings of 16,500m2, in which Phase 1 occupies 5,753m2 equivalent to the construction ratio of about 19.1%.
